Ingredients
- 1 serving cooked sushi rice
- 1 tin Season Grilled Mackerel, drained
- 1 jammy egg, halved
- 1 tbsp spicy mayo (or mix mayo with sriracha!)
- 1 green onion, diced
- ½ tsp rice seasoning (furikake or sesame seeds + seaweed flakes)
- 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce, on the side
Instructions
1️⃣ Assemble the Base: Start with a bowl of warm sushi rice.
2️⃣ Add the Mackerel: Drain the grilled tinned mackerel and gently place the fillets on top of the rice.
3️⃣ Top It Off: Drizzle with spicy mayo, sprinkle with green onions and rice seasoning, and add the jammy egg on the side.
4️⃣ Finishing Touches: Serve with teriyaki sauce on the side for dipping or drizzling.
